GRANT GIVING
No Hungry Child is conceptualized to ensure no child in India goes to bed hungry. Towards achieving this goal, we are reaching out to NGOs who can join hands with us and implement the programme in their given territory.
NGOs of India who are working towards children's shelter, food, education, healthcare, nutrition, etc. can approach us to seek funding support. A pilot project will be given to the NGOs. What we expect NGOs to do is the following
a) Identify 25 children who are living in slums which are very close and near to the NGO Office.
b) Their background check, photographs, BPL Cards, etc have to be collected from the beneficiaries of this programme.
c) Once 25 children are identified and selected, NGOs have to start providing them one meal a day to begin with throughout the year with no holidays whatsoever as per the menu designed by us. Meal to be served in a common place around the slum where they live.
d) The number of children can be increased based on the successful implementation of the programme consistently for period of six months.
The above are sample guidelines, more will follow once the NGOs express their interest. We will extend funding support to successfully implement this programme.
NGOs can download the application form from here and send it to the address given in the form by courier.
